In 2019 I was exactly where many of you are today. I was working hard in B2C sales, doing everything right on paper, but deep down I felt stuck. The culture did not feel right. The abusive culture, the pressure, the lack of balance, the feeling that no matter how much I pushed, life would not change.
I wanted someone to guide me, someone who understood this struggle without judging it. But no one showed up and I had to find my own way out.
The SDR Project is not something I created for others. It is my way of becoming the person I needed back then.
If you feel lost or unsure, I understand you because I have lived that life. And I am here so your journey does not have to be lonely or confusing anymore.
